1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through Whole Woman Living are digital products and are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Upon successful payment and checkout:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • You will receive access instructions via email.

  • If applicable, you will be redirected to a secure login page, quiz page, or download page.

Delivery is typically instant unless otherwise specified on the product sales page.

2. Access to Courses & Programs

For digital courses or programs hosted inside a secure platform (such as Thrive Apprentice):

  • Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.

  • You may be required to create login credentials.

  • Access instructions are sent immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

3. Downloadable Resources

For digital downloads (including PDFs, trackers, guides, workbooks, or toolkits):

  • Download links are provided immediately after purchase.

  • In some cases, download links may appear on a secure results page or within a member dashboard.

  • A confirmation email may also include access instructions.

Downloads are intended for personal use only.

4. Assessments & Digital Kits

For digital kits that include quizzes or assessments:

  • You will be redirected to the assessment page after checkout.

  • Your personalized results page will display your outcome and resource links.

  • Any bonus guides or trackers will be available via secure download links.

Access to results pages and downloads is restricted to purchasers.

5. Email-Based Content

Some products include automated email sequences delivered over a period of days.

  • Delivery timing is described on the sales page (e.g., 5 emails over 10 days).

9. No Physical Shipping

Whole Woman Living does not ship physical products at this time.
