Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Whole Woman Living are digital products and services delivered electronically.

Due to the immediate access to digital materials, intellectual property, downloadable resources, assessments, and/or course content, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.

No physical goods are sold.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, Kits, Assessments)

This includes, but is not limited to:

    

  • Digital toolkits

  • Downloadable PDFs

  • Trackers and guides

  • Assessments and quiz-based products

  • Automated email-based digital programs

  • Because access is granted immediately upon purchase:

    All digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the sales page.

    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary digital materials.

    3. Courses & Programs

    For self-paced digital courses or programs:

    • Refund terms (if any) will be clearly stated on the individual sales page.

    • If no refund policy is stated on the sales page, the purchase is considered final.

    If a limited-time satisfaction window is offered (e.g., 7-day or 14-day access review period), refund requests must be submitted in writing within that stated timeframe.

    Refund requests submitted after the stated period will not be eligible.

    4. Coaching Services

    For live coaching programs, group programs, or private sessions:

    • Payment secures your place in the program.

    • Refund eligibility, if offered, will be stated on the specific program sales page or agreement.

    • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.

    • Once services have begun, refunds are generally not issued. 

    5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact support before initiating a payment dispute.

    Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

    • Immediate revocation of access to all products

    • Denial of future purchases

    • Submission of documentation to the payment processor showing proof of access and delivery

    We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.

    6. How to Request Support

    Response time: 1–2 business days.

    7. Duplicate Purchases

    If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded at our discretion.

    8. Unauthorized Purchases

    If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently:

    • Contact us immediately.

    • Provide documentation supporting your claim.

    We reserve the right to verify identity before issuing any refund related to unauthorized transactions.
